This is a Champion Reverse Weave from the 90s, made in the USA with an embroidered tag.
It's gray with a navy rubber print that says "KINGS POINT" (a nickname for the United States Merchant Marine Academy (USMMA) in New York).
It's a popular military-style Reverse Weave, and the rubber print has cracking, giving it a great vintage look.
As shown in the images, there is damage and yellowing around the neck, yellowing under the rubber print, and damage to the cuffs, but it's still wearable and would be considered in good condition for those accustomed to vintage clothing.
