Important Note: Hygiene & Safety
Due to the hygienic and dermatological nature of our products, all derma cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the seal is broken or the product has been used.—–Eligibility for Replacement
A replacement will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Damaged or Defective Product: The item received is physically damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
- Wrong Product Shipped: You received a product that differs from your order.
- Expired on Delivery: The product received has passed its expiration date.
Request Requirements & Timeline
- Timeline: All replacement requests must be initiated within 48 hours of product delivery.
- Required Proof: To process any replacement claim, you must provide: A clear Unboxing Video of the package. Clear photographs of the damaged/wrong/expired product, including the batch number and external packaging. Your Order Invoice or Order ID.
Replacement Terms & Conditions
- Finality: Approved cases are eligible for a one-time replacement only.
- Processing: The replacement item will be shipped only after the provided proof has been successfully verified by our team.
- Refund Policy: Refunds are not applicable for cosmetic and skincare products under any circumstances.
Skin Sensitivity and Allergies
- Skin reactions are individual and subjective.
- Issues related to allergic reactions, general skin sensitivity, or lack of product suitability are not eligible for return or replacement.
- We strongly recommend performing a patch test before incorporating any new product into your routine.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Final Authority
The company reserves the absolute right to approve or reject any replacement request at its sole discretion. The company’s decision regarding a claim will be final and binding.
